Abstract:Abstract: Purpose:To ensure patients with early diagnosis , the national sentinel surveillance hospital collected throat swab samples with patients suspected for testing . Methods :Based on the detection of novel A (H1N1) influenza operational procedures,promulgated by World Health Organization, April 30, 2009,the use of real time PT-PCR operating software to detect. Results:737 throat swab samples, novel A (H1N1) influenza virus positive rate was 25.5%. Conclusion: The use of real time PT-PCR results showed that Novel A (H1N1) influenza epidemic characteristics apparent rapid spread and strength, but a lower prevalence of mortality characteristics are basically consistent with the national popular rule in our state.
