【Abstract】 Objective Patients with acute cerebral infarction and its parameters of platelet lipoprotein (a) and CRP analysis of test results indicators for the early diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction to provide reference. Methods Using automated Hematology Analyzer (BC5500) and automatic biochemical Analyzer (Hitachi 7600-010) determination of 491 cases of acute cerebral infarction and 40 cases of health control of platelet and its parameters and lipoprotein (a) and CRP indicators. Results Cerebral infarction and platelet parameters, lipoprotein a, and C-reactive protein: comparison with healthy control group, PLT, PCT significantly decreased, PDW, MPV, LP (a) and CRP increased significantly, the differences were significant changes are statistically significant (p <0.01). Conclusion Platelet count and volume change, Lp (a) and the CRP and the incidence of acute cerebral infarction, closely related to the development, monitoring of changes on cerebral infarction of forecast and prevention have important clinical implications.
