    目的 探索乙型肝炎患者抗原抗体模式、HBV-DNA载量与血清白细胞介素-16(IL-16)载量的相关性,为乙型肝炎的发病机理的研究提供新的思路。方法 用时间分辨荧光分析法(TRFIR)检测乙肝血清标志物(HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe及抗-HBc-IgG);用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)法检测HBV-DNA;用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定IL-16。结果 乙型肝炎患者血清中IL - 16 载量与健康对照相比明显升高( P < 0. 01),并且1,3模式及1,3,5模式的患者血清中IL-16载量与1,4,5模式相比明显升高(P<0.01);HBV-DNA载量≥500与HBV-DNA载量<500的乙型肝炎患者血清IL-16水平相比明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 血清IL - 16 在 HBV 感染早期病毒复制期明显升高,提示IL - 16 可能参与HBV 感染后急性期的肝损伤过程,是一种潜在的乙肝早期促炎症反应细胞因子。

    Abstract:

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between the models of antigen/ antibody , the contents of hepatics B DNA in patients infected with HBV and the levels of interleukin- 16 in serum so that we can provide a new thinking for pathogenesis of hepatitis B. Methods TRFIA was used to determine HBsAg ,anti - HBs ,HBeAg ,anti - HBe and anti - HBc - IgM . FQ-PCR was used to measure the HBV DNA .ELISA was applied to detect the levels of interleukin - 16 in serum. Results The levels of IL - 16 in both the models of antigen/ antibody and the contents of HBV DNA in patients infected with HBV were much higher than those in healthy control group, respectively with statistic difference between 1,3/1,3,5 models and 1,4,5 models, between HBV DNA positive group and negative group. Conclusions IL - 16 level in serum was obviously high in both early hepatitis B and period with a good many HBV DNA virus reproduction ,which showed that IL - 16 might participate in the course of liver injury in acute and severe hepatitis B. It was found that IL - 16 was a potential cytokine for promoting inflammation.
