Abstract:Objective To explore the clinic effects of hypertension by psychological intervention combined with drugs. Methods The 198 cases of hypertensive patients were divided into control group (98 cases) and psychological treatment group (100 cases). The control group were given drug treatment. The psychological treatment group on the basis of conventional drug treatment were given psychological intervention. After 1 year of treatment, to compare clinic effects of the two groups, blood pressure, the satisfaction with treatment and blood lipid. Results The clinic effects of the psychological treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Blood pressure of the psychological treatment group decreased greatly (P <0.05). Satisfaction of psychological treatment group was far higher than the control group (P <0.05). And blood lipids of the psychological treatment group was significantly improved ( P <0.05). Conclusions The clinic effects of hypertension by psychological intervention combined with drugs was curative and with good compliance. So it should be worthy of further promotion and application.
